It all began with two young brothers who could never quite say dziadek — the Polish word for “grandfather.” Their playful attempts came out as “Adzi,” and the name stuck. Over time, it became a family nickname for the man whose kitchen lessons shaped generations.

In his small Polish kitchen, Grandpa taught them the old ways: how to grow, pickle, and spice peppers with patience and pride.
